The success fee is 2.5% +VAT of the final purchase price.

Why do we charge success fee only?Firstly, because we are results-oriented. Secondly, if we accept to work for you it means that we are confident in the success of your project as well as in our team. It is just a matter of commitment and trust between us! 

 
The fee is to be paid only on successful completion of your property purchase.  

There are no hidden costs such as upfront or retainer fees.

The fee you pay will be covered by the savings you will make in letting us negotiate on your behalf the best price for your acquisition.
