Chocolate: discover the Puyricard factory
You can also choose to create your own chocolate bonbons or dessert in three different half-a-day trainings. There are no visits and trainings in November and December in order for the Chocolaterie to prepare the Christmas chocolates: At the end of the year, the production increases from 200 kilos of chocolate per week to 200 kilos per hour! For more than 40 years, Puyricard has been making fine chocolates and calissons, respecting traditional methods and its own original recipes. Carefully selecting all ingredients (Tahitian vanilla for example), it uses no artificial products such as chemicals, preservatives, colouring agents or freezing, which is rare enough to be mentioned. The Chocolaterie pleases our taste buds, but also our heart: the visually imperfect (but still delicious) chocolates are not thrown away, but given to humanitarian associations and hospitals.
