In December 2008, Joël Robuchon opened in the Metropole hotel in Monaco his first japanese restaurant, YOSHI. The world best Chef (18 Michelin stars) knows very well what japanese cuisine is about : half of his 12 restaurants are located in Japan. He defined the menu with Chef Takeo Yamazaki in charge on a daily basis. Sushi, sushimi, tempura, miso soup, bento box are on the menu. Do not hesitate to order a dessert to discover new and delicate tastes. We also enjoyed the interior design and the Japanese garden facing the restaurant.
