1. Briefing |

First, you brief us on what you are looking for taking into account details including budget, preferred locations, lifestyle, and architectural preferences. We will draw up a search contract together which will specify the conditions of our mission. |

2. Searching & previewing properties in Provence |
|
We search all suitable properties based upon your criteria leaving no stone unturned. Properties are previewed by us before we present you with only the finest ones. |

3. Viewing the best properties together |
|
Once you have decided which ones you would like to see, we will arrange accompanied viewings together over one or two days. We will be happy to pick you up at the airport or at your hotel and to drive you around. |

4. Negotiating on your behalf |
|
After you have fallen in love with a property, we will advise you during negotiations so that you obtain the best price possible. We will also accompany you up until the sale goes through and contracts are exchanged: Searching for a good “notaire”, hunting for the best deal available to finance your property purchase, and helping you with legal and administrative tasks. |
